Seal the Seasons is the Farmers Market in your Freezer. We work directly with family farms on a state-by-state basis to freeze the best tasting fruits and vegetables to offer local produce 365 days a year in the freezer. We care about providing the best tasting and nutrient dense product possible while being transparent in where and which family farms your fruit comes from.

### How are Seal the Seasons’ fruits sweetened?
No added sweeteners! Our frozen fruit and vegetable products are simply the best fruits and veggies from your community’s family farms, washed and frozen.

### Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes! Our packaging is made of HDPE (#2) and can be recycled with plastic bags, milk jugs, etc. Decreasing our carbon footprint is a focus for Seal the Seasons. Our eventual goal is to use compostable packaging to for all products, but the technology is not quite there yet. ### Are Seal the Seasons products Kosher?
Seal the Seasons is not certified kosher just yet, but we are working on it!

### Are Seal the Seasons products Organic?
Some, but not all, of our locally-grown fruit and vegetable products are certified organic. We are working on expanding our organic line and hope to have a greater selection of organic offerings in your area soon. ### Are Seal the Seasons products non-GMO?
All Seal the Seasons products are proudly third-party Non-GMO certified!

### Are Seal the Seasons products gluten-free?
All fruits and vegetables naturally do not contain gluten. Our freezing and packaging facilities do not handle any products that contain gluten.

### Do Seal the Seasons’ farmers use pesticides?
We are glad you care about how your food is grown! All Seal the Seasons fruits and vegetables are washed prior to freezing. We also perform regular pesticide testing across 400+ different formulas to ensure there is no substantive pesticide residue on your local family farmed fruits and vegetables. Given the climate challenges of organic and conventional farming in the US, our farms use as little pesticide as possible to ensure the fruit you pull out of the freezer is tasty, food safe, and free harmful predators like bacteria, bugs, and mold.

### Are Seal the Seasons products peanut and/or tree nut free?
All of our products are naturally peanut and tree nut free! Our facilities where Seal the Seasons fruit is packaged do not process or package peanut or tree nuts.

### How is Seal the Seasons shipped and how much does it cost?
If you buy directly from [Seal the Seasons](https://sealtheseasons.com/pages/online) shipping is absolutely free! We ship the products in eco-coolers with enough dry ice to keep the product frozen during its journey to your doorstep.

### My order arrived thawed out or damaged, what do I do?
We are so sorry! If you received a thawed out or damaged product, please contact us at [hello@sealtheseasons.com](mailto:hello@sealtheseasons.com) and we will make things right.

### Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to the continental 48 states in the United States, but stay tuned for updates!

### How can I sign up for a Seal the Seasons subscription?

### Can I skip a shipment?
Absolutely! We understand life can get busy and we at Seal the Seasons want to make life easier for you. To modify your subscription shipping schedule, either log into your account or contact us at [hello@sealtheseasons.com](mailto:hello@sealtheseasons.com) and we’ll process the change for you.

### Should I subscribe if you haven’t tried Seal the Seasons?
We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our products and offer the ability to customize your bundle, allowing you to try all of our fruits and veggies. Plus, a 10% discount is a 10% discount! If you still aren’t satisfied, cancellations are easy.

### What are my options for payment?
Seal the Seasons accepts all major credit cards along with Apple Pay, Paypal and Shop Pay.

### How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds can take 5 to 7 business days to process on your end, depending on your credit card or bank.
